A few words about us

As remodeling contractors Paul Haynes and Mike Bergen took on some of the toughest jobs. For over a decade, they've specialized in historic restoration.

From reviving old farm houses to converting a 19th century church into one of the nicest downtown homes in Columbia SC, Paul and Mike restored some of the best historic houses in and around Columbia area. Each of these jobs required restoration from the foundation to the roof. They worked closely with structural engineers to design solutions for many foundation failures and improvements and saw a need for qualified professionals who focused on home foundations and crawlspace systems.
