What kind of warranty do you guys offer?

We have the best warranty in the business. We offer an 8 year workmanship warranty on our structural repairs, we give a 2 year warranty on mechanical repairs, and a 1 year workmanship warranty on all the other things we do.

I see you do CL-100 repairs, do you take care of other real-estate repair addendum items?

We are cross trained in many different fields of construction due to our remodeling past. We can take care of a lot of other small items that might show up on a real-estate repair addendum. If we can, we'd like to be your one stop shop for repairs related to a property transaction.

What do I get with my service agreement?

Once or twice a year depending on the level of service you request, we will come out to your home and inspect the entire crawlspace environment and its systems. We will give you a report showing any repairs needed as well as suggest improvements you may want to consider.
