Many components make up the whole system, but unlike other home systems your crawlspace wasn’t designed with every separate component in mind. They were all installed by different contractors with little knowledge of whether they would work together. This is one of the areas where problems occur.

After repairs are made to faulty components we close the crawlspace off completely from the outside and insulate the foundation walls. This practically eliminates many of the issues you can have like roaches and mice. Our super durable vapor barrier is installed and sealed around the foundation and at the seams making sure no moisture can get in from below. Lastly we install a dehumidifier and sump pump if needed to regulate the new enclosed environment.
