A self described Type-A personality, Kourtnay actually enjoys organizing. She entered the corporate world right out of college and quickly became head of her department. Looking to slow down a bit, she took a job as head of marketing for a commercial contracting company. Afterwards she handled contracts and permissions before managing the office for Complete Crawlspace.
Kourtnay holds a degree in English from the University of South Carolina as well as additional certificates in Microsoft office and various other programs.
Kourtnay keeps the books straight for sure, but her knowledge and understanding of construction materials and methods makes her an invaluable member of the Complete Crawlspace team.
